I’m LaToya Jackson — a design-led brand, product, and retail strategy consultant with over 15 years of experience spanning fashion, furniture, beauty, home, real estate, and domestic manufacturing. I previously led national categories at At Home Old Time Pottery and JCPenney, overseeing multi-million-dollar assortments and private-label programs—experience that continues to shape how I build brands today.

Before consulting, I built my career as a retail buyer, directing assortment strategy, pricing architecture, margin optimization, and vendor partnerships. That foundation informs everything I do: every product decision, design detail, and brand story must succeed not only creatively, but on the shelf, in the market, and on the balance sheet.

Today, I partner with founders, brands, and developers to translate ambition into scalable systems—retail-ready assortments, disciplined operations, and profitable growth models designed to last.

Based in Dallas, I’ve launched multi-channel lifestyle brands, established domestic candle-manufacturing operations, and advised companies across fashion, home, beauty, and real estate.
